Learn how to share your research in the workshop that best fits your needs. Whether you work with Lauren for two hours or over the course of several weeks, you will gain the confidence to create movies to engage your audience.

1 Hour Lesson
Unlimited participants
Even if you have a tight schedule, be empowered to create your own videos by working with Lauren for just an hour. Decide which topic intrigues your group and how active you want your lesson to be. 1 hour lessons could include interactive presentation, group critiques, or hands-on activities. While you may not leave with a polished final product, you leave with the confidence and knowledge to go and create your own movies after this short lesson.
Use the one hour lesson as a lunch-and-learn or have Lauren guest lecture during a class period.

2-4 Hour Lesson
Unlimited participants
Immerse yourself in a full overview of the filmmaking process—planning, shooting, editing—in a 2 to 4 hour workshop. Customize the timing to fit within your schedule anywhere from a two hour outline to a half-day deep dive. Plan a movie with your group, practice your shooting skills, and make your on camera debut. Leave the workshop with a fresh perspective of your research or project and the confidence to make your own videos in the future.
Carve out a few hours for an evening workshop, host Lauren during a longer class period, or add a creative afternoon session to your next conference.

Multi-Day Workshop
Up To 60 Participants
This workshop is for groups able to dedicate significant time over two to five days to leave with a final product. Participants learn through detailed instruction, hands on activities, and group critiques. By putting the newly learned skills to the test immediately, participants are able to fully grasp the concepts of planning, shooting, and editing through to a final movie. By the end of this workshop, course participants are able to sit back and enjoy their hard work on the big screen.
The multi-day course integrates perfectly within a conference, communications course, or team building workshop.

Extended Course
Up To 60 Participants
Want to spend more time on the creation of your video? After a one to four hour workshop with Lauren, take your time over several weeks or months on video production. During the planning, shooting, and editing of your video, Lauren will be available via email or phone call for questions and assistance. Once drafts are complete, Lauren will return for follow up critique sessions with each group to help elevate the videos to the next level. The final product of this lesson is a finely polished and refined video.
The extended lesson can accompany a semester long course or follow along with the evolution of a project.
